温胃汤联合益气升阳针法针灸治疗脾胃虚寒萎缩性胃炎的疗效

The Effect of Wenwei Decoction Combined With Yiqi Shengyang Acupuncture on Atrophic Gastritis With Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

目的研究分析温胃汤联合益气升阳针法针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对Hp转阴率的影响。方法选取2014年5月—2017年6月在我院接受治疗的90例慢性萎缩性胃炎门诊及住院患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例。对照组患者采用单纯温胃汤治疗,观察组患者在温胃汤治疗基础上,联合益气升阳针法针灸治疗,观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效、Hp转阴率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者临床疗效为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组患者73.33%(33/45),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。经治疗,观察组患者Hp转阴率为93.33%(42/45),高于对照组患者51.11%(23/45),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为8.89%(4/45),低于对照组患者24.44%(11/45),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用温胃汤联合益气升阳针法针灸治疗临床效果更加显著,Hp转阴率大大提升,治疗安全性高。

Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of wenwei decoction combined with yiqi shengyang acupuncture on chronic atrophic gastritis and its influence on the negative conversion rate of Hp.Methods90outpatients and inpatients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from May2014to June2017were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,45cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with wenwei decoction alone.The observation group was treated with wenwei decoction combined with yiqi shengyang acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,negative rate of Hp and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was95.56%(43/45),higher than that of the control group[73.33%(33/45)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the negative rate of Hp in the observation group was93.33%(42/45),higher than that in the control group51.11%(23/45),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was8.89%(4/45),lower than that in the control group24.44%(11/45),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,the clinical effect of wenwei decoction combined with yiqi shengyang acupuncture is more remarkable,the negative conversion rate of Hp is greatly improved,and the treatment safety is high.
