摘要
目的观察人性化护理干预在宫颈炎患者中的治疗效果。方法选取本院2017年1—12月接受的78例宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组均39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理干预,观察两组患者的治疗效果和用药依从度。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率、用药依从度均优于对照,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在宫颈炎患者中,实施人性化护理干预能够有效提高患者用药依从度,促进预后,提高临床疗效,有效的护理干预方案。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with cervicitis.Methods78patients with cervicitis admitted to our hospital from January to December2017were selected as the subjects of study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was given humanized nursing intervention.The nursing effect and medication compliance of the two groups were observed.Results The efficiency and medication compliance of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing intervention in patients with cervicitis can effectively improve drug compliance,promote prognosis,improve clinical efficacy,and effective nursing intervention program.
