摘要
目的探究分析全程疼痛护理对膝关节置换术患者焦虑及睡眠质量的临床作用。方法选择2017年4月—2018年4月在本院就诊的膝关节置换术患者330例作为研究对象。根据护理方式的不同,将其分为两组,对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全程护理干预,对两组患者护理干预后焦虑自评量表和睡眠质量量表进行评估,分析两组患者的焦虑和睡眠质量改善情况。结果观察组患者的焦虑以及睡眠质量改善情况优于对照组患者,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全程疼痛护理能够有效减轻患者的焦虑情绪,改善患者的睡眠质量,有助于患者快速恢复健康。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of pain nursing on anxiety and sleep quality in patients with knee arthroplasty.Methods330knee arthroplasty patients treated in our hospital from April2017to April2018were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given whole course nursing intervention.The self-rating anxiety scale and sleep quality scale of two groups of patients after nursing intervention were evaluated,and the improvement of anxiety and sleep quality of the two groups were analyzed.Results The anxiety and sleep quality of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course of pain nursing can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and help patients recover health quickly.
