中医临床护理在急性单纯性阑尾炎患者中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing in Patients With Acute Simple Appendicitis

目的分析中医临床护理路径在急性单纯性阑尾炎的可行性与应用效果。方法选取2018年1—10月在我院接受治疗的急性单纯性阑尾炎患者60例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组按照中医护理临床路径进行护理。对比两组护理干预后各临床症状评分及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理后便秘状况、排尿障碍及疼痛评分均较低,护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性单纯性阑尾炎患者实施中医临床护理路径干预效果显著,利于改善患者的临床症状,减轻术后疼痛,患者满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the feasibility and application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway in acute simple appendicitis.Methods Sixty patients with acute simple appendicitis treated in our hospital from January to October2018were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,it was divided into two groups,each group had30cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing according to the clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The scores of clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the constipation status,dysuria and pain scores of the observation group were lower,and the nursing satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of TCM clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute simple appendicitis is effective,which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve postoperative pain,and has high patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
