优质护理在肝硬化静脉破裂出血护理中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing in Patients of Cirrhosis With Venous Rupture

目的探讨优质护理在胃镜治疗肝硬化并发食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者护理中的效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月我院收治的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者38例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。实验组采用优质护理(包括心理护理、病房环境和生活干预),对照组采用常规护理。记录相关资料,并进行回顾性分析。结果优质护理组治愈10例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率为94.73%;对照组治愈7例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率为68.42%。实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.036 4)。并对两组患者不同护理干预后的满意度进行对比,实验组满意15例,比较满意4例,不满意0例,总满意率100.00%;对照组满意8例,比较满意6例,不满意5例,总满意率73.68%。实验组的满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.016 4)。结论优质护理对肝硬化并发食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者病情有明显改善,可以提高护理工作的质量,亦可提高患者的满意度,对于食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血病的临床管理及护理工作具有很好的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in patients with cirrhosis complicated with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding treated with gastroscope.Methods38patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding from January2016to December2017were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with high quality nursing,including psychological care,ward environment and life intervention and the control group was treated with routine nursing.Relevant information was recorded and retrospectively analyzed.Results In the high-quality nursing group,10cases were cured,8cases were effective,1case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was94.73%.In the control group,7cases were cured,6cases were effective,and6cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was68.42%.The total effective rate of the high quality nursing group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0364).The satisfaction of the two groups of patients after different nursing interventions was compared.In the experimental group,15cases were satisfied,4cases were generally satisfied,0cases were not satisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was100.00%.In the control group,8cases were satisfied,6cases were generally satisfied,5cases were not satisfied,the total satisfaction rate was73.68%.The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P=0.0164).Conclusion High quality nursing has a significant improvement in the condition of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding.It can improve the quality of care and increase patient satisfaction.It has a good significance for the clinical management and nursing work of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding.
