PDCA循环法在体检中心护理质量管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Circulation Method in Nursing Quality Management in Physical Examination Center

目的探究PDCA循环法在体检中心的护理质量管理中的应用。方法抽选来我院进行体检的82名体检者作为研究对象。按照体检时间的不同,将其分为管理组(n=41)与传统组(n=41)。传统组采用传统护理质量管理措施,管理组应用PDCA循环法护理质量管理措施。并对其实施护理质量管理前后,两组体检者对环境质量、服务质量及护理满意度的情况进行比较。结果管理组实施护理质量管理后体检者对于环境质量与服务质量的评分均优于传统组,且护理满意度高于传统组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环法对于体检中心的护理质量管理具有显著改善作用,能够提升体检中心环境质量、服务质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in nursing quality management in physical examination center.Methods82medical examinees who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as the research objects.According to the different time of physical examination,they were divided into management group(n=41)and traditional group(n=41).The traditional nursing quality management measures were adopted in the traditional group,and the PDCA cycle nursing quality management measures were applied in the management group.Before and after the implementation of nursing quality management,the two groups of physical examiners were compared in terms of environmental quality,service quality and nursing satisfaction.Results After the implementation of nursing quality management,the score of environmental quality and service quality in the management group was better than that in the traditional group,and the satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the traditional group.There was a significant difference in the data between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method to the nursing quality management of physical examination center has significant effect.It can improve the quality of environment,service quality and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
