输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的有效性及安全性分析

摘要 目的研究分析在输尿管中下段结石的治疗中采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2014年2月-2018年2月在我院接受输尿管中下段结石治疗的病患48例,将病患随机分为观察组和常规组,每组各24例病患,给予常规组病患气压弹道碎石术,给予观察组病患输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,比较分析两组病患的临床治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组病患的碎石成功率、结石排净率以及并发症发生率明显优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输尿管中下段结石的治疗中采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,临床疗效显著且安全性较高,值得推广。
