摘要 将基于近红外技术的烟叶自动分选系统应用在打叶复烤技术中。采用近红外光谱法(NIRS)采集样品光谱,结合化学计量学方法建立等级识别模型,对烟叶化学成分进行快速分析,实现不同等级烟叶的自动分选。试验结果表明,系统稳定性、可重复性好,可以对特定条件的烟叶进行较为准确、快速的分选,即受环境因素影响较小的烟叶完全展开时,等级合格率可达100%。系统对于受温湿度等环境因素影响较大的烟叶,判别正确率需要提高。 An automatic separation system for tobacco leaves based on near infrared technology is applied into threshing and re-baking technology.Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)is used to collect sample spectra,and a classification model is established combining with Chemometrics.The chemical composition of tobacco leaves is analyzed rapidly to realize automatic separation of different grades of tobacco leaves.The results show that the system had good stability and repeatability,and can be used for accurate and rapid separation for tobacco leaves under specified conditions,i.e.,when the tobacco leaves with less environmental factors are fully spread,the grade qualification rate can reach 100%.However,the tobacco leaves affected by more environmental factors such as temperature and humidity should have higher correctness of separation in the future system.
