基于扎根理论的中国网络舆情治理影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Online Public Opinion Governance in China based on Grounded Theory

"互联网+"时代,网络舆情在给大众传递声音带来便利的同时,也诱发了一些复杂态势和社会问题。网络舆情治理的挑战性不断增大,吸引了理论界和实务界的共同关注。基于扎根理论,梳理了372份相关政策文本,对影响政策出台的关键词进行了反复比较、聚类,最终得出安全管理、中央精神、社会治理、信息化建设与发展、行业治理五大关键影响因素,由此构建了网络舆情治理政策影响因素的概念模型,并进一步探究了影响因素的作用机制。

In the era of“Internet+”,online public opinion not only brings convenience to the public voice transmission,but also induces some complex situations and social problems.The challenge of online public opinion management is increasing,which attracts the common attention of theoretical and physical circles.Based on grounded theory,combing the text of372policies,policy influence the keywords to compare,again and again,clustering,finally it is concluded that the safety management,the central spirit,social management,information construction and development,industry management five key factors,thus to build the network public opinion management policy,the conceptual model of influencing factors,and further explores the factors affecting the mechanism of action.
