摘要
高职教育以培养应用型人才为目标,高职学生在高职教育阶段应掌握未来职业岗位和发展所需要的各类知识技能及良好的职业态度,其中协同创新能力更是当今所有职业人员都应该具备的能力素质。翻转课堂让高职学生在课前自主学习相关知识内容,课堂上通过教师的指导和同学的协同互助完成知识的内化和技能的掌握以及职业态度的发展。高职学生在课堂中进行的是以教师主导的自主性协作探究式学习,课前自主学习的知识内容在课堂或教学实践情境中得以应用内化,达成有效学习。通过对影响有效学习因素的分析,提出翻转课堂促进有效学习的策略。
The target of higher vocational education is to cultivate the applied talents.Higher vocational college students should master all kinds of knowledge,skills and good professional attitudes that required for future career posts and their own development at the stage of higher vocational education.The ability of collaborative innovation is the competency that all professionals should possess today.In the flipped classroom,students can learn knowledge of curriculum independently before the classroom.Through the guidance of teachers and the cooperation of classmates,students can complete the internalization of knowledge and the mastery of skills as well as the development of professional attitudes.The learning done by students in class is the subjective collaborative conduct that is guided by teachers.The knowledge learned by students before class will be practiced and mastered in practice situation to achieve a good effective learning.By analyzing the factors that influence effective learning,this paper proposes strategies to promote effective learning in flipped classroom.
