建设类高职院校学生情商现状调查研究——基于建设类企业需求侧视角

On EQ of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges of Construction——Based on the Demand-side Perspective of Construction Enterprises

目前,"高情商"人才广受用人单位的青睐。文章通过调研访谈,提出建设类企业需求侧的"高情商"人才评价指标,后以评价指标为基础,对580名学生的情商现状进行了问卷调查,分析了学生情商现状及影响因素,并在调查结论的基础上,提出了建设类高职院校学生情商培育的建议。

Nowadays,"high EQ"talents are widely favored by employers.Through surveys and interviews,this paper proposes the"high EQ"talent evaluation index on the demand side of construction enterprises,and then based on the index,conducts the questionnaire survey among 580 students and analyzes their present EQ status and the influencing factors.Suggestions on students’EQ cultivation in higher vocational colleges of construction are put forward on the basis of the research conclusion.
