“一带一路”倡议对中国海外投资效率的影响分析

Analysis on Influence of “Belt and Road” Initiative on China's Overseas Investment Efficiency

2013年"一带一路"倡议提出至今,中国的国际影响力逐渐增大,我国对"一带一路"沿线国家的投资有所变动,投资规模变大,投资地区、行业分布多元化,投资模式也越来越多样化。建立模型,分析"一带一路"倡议下我国对沿线37个国家的对外直接流量及影响因素,得出结论:"一带一路"倡议提出后中国增加对"一带一路"沿线国家的投资,促进了沿线国家的经济发展,优化了中国的对外投资结构。针对对外投资过程中存在的问题,提出加强与现有国家的基础设施建设、优化投资区位选择、拓展投资产业结构、构建投资金融体系、加大金融力度支持等建议。

With the“Belt and Road”initiative put forward in2013,China has expanded influence over international affairs.China s investment in the countries along the“Belt and Road”has changed:the investment scale has become larger;the investment area and the industry distribution are diversified;the investment mode is becoming more and more diversified.By establishing a model,this paper analyzes the direct flow of37countries along the route and its influencing factors under the“Belt and Road”initiative.It draws the conclusion that the“Belt and Road”initiative will increase China s investment in the countries along the“Belt and Road”,and puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the infrastructure construction with the existing countries,optimizing the investment location selection,expanding the investment industrial structure,and constructing the investment industry structure,building China s investment financial system,increasing financial support.
