摘要
为了满足精密不锈钢管内表面的质量要求,研制了一种三工位抛光设备。该抛光设备主要由修磨台架、三主轴修磨机组、操作台、电气控制系统以及除尘系统等组成,适用于抛光前粗糙度≤3.2μm、管径19~114.3 mm、长度6 m的不锈钢管的内表面磨削加工。通过对抛光质量影响因素的分析,提出了控制措施及设备配置优选方案。采用该抛光机对不同规格不锈钢管坯内表面进行加工,抛光后的产品表面粗糙度≤0.2μm,达到了产品设计要求。
In order to meet the quality requirements of the inner surface of precision stainless steel tubes,a three-station polishing equipment was developed.The polishing equipment is mainly composed of a grinding bench,a three-spindle grinding unit,a console,an electric control system and a dust removal system,and is suitable for polishing the inner surface of a stainless steel tube with a roughness of≤3.2μm,a pipe diameter of19to114.3mm and a length of6m.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the polishing quality,the control measures and equipment configuration optimization schemes are proposed.The inner surface of stainless steel tube of different specifications is processed by the polishing machine,and the surface roughness of the polished product is≤0.2μm,which meets the product design requirements.
