摘要
文章简述了传统烤制绿色制造技术研究意义和现状、产业化前景,对料包制备关键技术研究、传统烤制品绿色制造工艺腌制技术、传统烤制品绿色制造技术进行了深入研究,并对烤制绿色制造技术未来发展提出展望,为今后烤制绿色制造生产和研究提供参考。
This paper briefly describes the research significance,current status and industrialization prospects of traditional roasting green manufacturing technology,and conducts in-depth research on the key technology research of material preparation,natural baking technology of traditional baking products,and green manufacturing technology of traditional baked products.The future development of the baking green manufacturing technology is expected to provide a reference for the future production and research of roasted green manufacturing.
