农村空巢老人家庭功能对其生活质量影响的调查

Investigation of the Influence of Family Function on the Life Quality of Rural Empty-nest Elderly

目的了解农村空巢老人家庭功能和生活质量的现状,并探讨农村空巢老人家庭功能对其生活质量的影响。方法于2016年2月至2016年12月,应用便利抽样方法,使用一般资料调查表、家庭功能评定量表、生活质量调查表对锦州市792名农村空巢老人进行问卷调查。结果农村空巢老人家庭功能总分为(141.41±12.81)分;生活质量总分为(62.32±21.32)分;农村空巢老人家庭功能与其生活质量的总得分及各个维度得分之间均呈负向相关关系(r=-0.142～-0.573)(P<0.05);问题解决、家庭角色、情感反应、居家锻炼、总体功能、情感介入和行为控制等是空巢老人生活质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论农村空巢老人的生活质量水平偏低,家庭功能相对弱化,因此,社区医护人员可以通过提高农村空巢老人家庭角色功能与解决问题的能力,进而提高农村空巢老人的家庭功能以提高空巢老人的生活质量水平。

Objective To understand the present situation of families function and life quality of empty nest elderly,and to explore the influence of family function of empty nesters on their quality of life.Methods From February to December 2016,792 empty nesters in rural areas of Jinzhou City were surveyed by convenience sampling,and the general information questionnaire,family function assessment scale and quality of life questionnaire were used.Results The total scores of family function and life quality of rural empty nesters were(141.41±12.81)and(62.32±21.32)respectively.The total scores of family function and life quality of rural empty nesters were negatively correlated(r=-0.142~0.573)(P<0.05).The factors influencing the life quality of empty nesters include problem solving,family role,emotional response,home exercise,general function,emotional involvement and behavior control(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of life quality of empty nester in rural areas is low,and their family function is relatively weak.Therefore,the community health workers can improve the family functions for empty nesters in rural areas by improving their family roles and problem-solving abilities,and eventually improve their quality of life.
