扬州市农村空巢老人家庭医生式养老服务影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Family Doctor Pension Service for Rural Empty-nest Elderly in Yangzhou

目的根据扬州市农村空巢老人家庭医生制实施现状,了解家庭医生式养老服务需求及其影响因素,为构建扬州市农村空巢老人家庭医生式养老服务模式提供可行性建议,进一步完善家庭医生制度。方法根据方便抽样原则,采用问卷和半结构式访谈的方法进行调查。调查内容包括基本信息以及养老看法与需求。结果共发放问卷250份,有效回收242份,有效回收率96.8%。在242例农村空巢老人当中,有173例(71.5%)对该养老服务有一定程度的了解,有153例(63.2%)已经签约。不同年龄、文化程度、经济状况、是否患慢性病、对居住条件满意度、是否有孤独抑郁感、是否了解家庭医生式养老服务、是否已经签约与签约意愿进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扬州市农村空巢老人对家庭医生式养老服务有一定了解,但了解程度有限,签约意愿不高,对签约仍有顾虑。

Objective To understand the needs and influencing factors of family doctor system of the rural empty-nest elderly in Yangzhou according to the present implementation status in order to provide feasible advice for the construction of pension service model and improve family doctor system further.Methods According to the principle of convenience sampling,questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews were used in investigations.The survey included basic information and opinions on pension service and needs.Results A total of 250 questionnaires were issued and 242 valid questionnaires were collected.The valid response rate was 96.8%.Among the 242 empty nesters,173(71.5%)had a certain degree of understanding of the service,and 153(63.2%)had already signed up.Comparisons were carried out not only in terms of different ages,education levels,economic status,and satisfaction with living conditions,but also concerning whether they have chronic diseases,whether have a sense of loneliness and depression,whether they understand the family doctor pension service,whether they have signed up for the pension service and have the willingness to sign up or not.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rural empty-nest elderly in Yangzhou have a limited understanding of family doctor pension service and a low intention of signing the contract with misgivings in their minds.
