摘要
目的探讨延续护理对乳腺癌化疗患者自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2017年7月乳腺癌术后化疗患者96例实施延续护理,分别在出院前、出院后3个月评价患者自我管理疾病行为。结果出院后3个月患者自我管理疾病行为较实施延续护理前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理为乳腺癌患者在化疗期间提供了持续的卫生保健,提高了患者自我管理疾病的能力。
Objective To explore the effect of continuation nursing on self-management behavior of chemotherapy patients with mammary cancer.Methods A total of 96 chemotherapy patients after mammary cancer surgery from June 2016 to July 2017 were selected for continuing nursing.The patients self-management behaviors were evaluated respectively before discharge and 3 months after discharge.Results Compared with the patients self-management behavior before the implementation of continuing nursing,there was significant improvement in that 3 months after discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing care provides continuous health care for patients with mammary cancer during chemotherapy and improves the patient s ability to cope with the disease.
