肝源性糖尿病的发病机制及诊疗进展

Pathogenesis and Diagnosis and Treatment of Hepatogenous Diabetes

慢性肝病患者,特别是在肝硬化肝功能失代偿期,易发生肝源性糖尿病,该病可能进一步加重肝损害。因此,肝源性糖尿病是需要临床重视并积极治疗的疾病。本文就肝源性糖尿病的发病机制、临床特点、诊断标准、治疗方案进行综述。

Patients with chronic liver disease,especially in the period of liver function decompensation of liver cirrhosis,are prone to develop hepatogenous diabetes,which may aggravate liver damage and even increase the incidence of liver cancer.Therefore,hepatogenous diabetes is a disease that requires clinical attention and active treatment.This paper reviews the pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,diagnostic criteria and treatment of hepatogenous diabetes.
