摘要
将菌糠和蛭石按照不同体积比充分混合,进行桔梗的育苗试验,通过考察桔梗幼苗的发芽率、株高、根长、茎粗、干鲜重、最大叶面积等生长指标,探究最适合桔梗幼苗生长的复合基质比例。结果表明:试验范围内,A3(菌糠:蛭石=1:3)对桔梗种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响显著高于对照组及其他试验组,最适合桔梗生长。
Platycodon grandiflorum were cultivated on the medium of different ratios of mushroom substrate to vermicu-lite.In order to attain the optimal ratio of the complex medium,the growth indexes including germination rate,plant height,stem diameter,fresh and dry weight and the biggest leaf area were examined.The results showed that the germination rate and growth of Platycodon grandiflorum seedlings in group A3(the ratio of mushroom substrate to vermiculite was 1:3)were significantly higher than those in other groups.It could be concluded that group A3 was the optimal medium for Platycodon grandiflorum.
