摘要
在应急保障服务响应机制分析的基础上,立足于湖南省实际工作开展情况,从多尺度地图数据库建设规范制定、快速制图符号系统及制图模板设计、多尺度地图数据库建设、快速供图服务系统开发4个方面阐述了省级测绘应急保障快速供图服务体系的建设思路,并通过实际应用检验了建设成效,可为其他省份测绘应急保障快速供图服务体系建设提供一定的参考。
In this paper,taking Hunan Province for example,making full use of the existing geographical information data,combining with the thematic information of emergency related units,and based on rapid mapping technology,we studied and formulated the emergency mapping template and multi-scale database specification,designed the overall framework of emergency rapid response,and achieved complete mapping emergency support for the rapid map service system.
