热淋清制剂治疗单纯尿路感染有效性与安全性Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the effectiveness and safety of relinqing preparation in treatment of simple urinary infection

目的针对应用热淋清制剂治疗单纯性尿路感染的临床疗效与安全性进行系统评价与Meta分析。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Cochrane library等数据库(建库至2017年5月)。按照纳入与排除标准选择文献,提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Rev Man5. 3. 5进行Meta分析。结果全数文献中,试验组患者988例,总有效928例,对照组合计981例,总有效737例。所有符合要求的文献均报告了有效率,9篇文献报告了不良反应。Meta分析显示,热淋清制剂联合抗生素治疗单纯性尿路感染有效率优于单用抗生素治疗[合并RR及95%CI为1. 23(1. 18～1. 27),P=0. 45,I2=0%];热淋清联合西医常规治疗治疗单纯性尿路感染与单用抗生素治疗组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P=0. 42> 0. 05),说明热淋清制剂联合抗生素治疗单纯性尿路感染不会增加不良反应的发生率,安全性很高。结论热淋清制剂联合抗生素治疗单纯性尿路感染的疗效优于单用抗生素,热淋清制剂联合抗生素治疗单纯性尿路感染不会增加不良反应的发生率,安全性较高。

Objective To carry out the Meta-analysis on the effectiveness and safety of relinqing preparation in treatment of simple urinary infection.Methods The data were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Cochrane Library databases from the time of database establishment to May2017.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the articles were screened.After extracting the data and evaluating the quality of the methodology of the included studied,RevMan5.3.5software was adopted for the Meta-analysis.Results Of the fulltext articles,there were988cases in the trial group and928cases of them effective;981cases in the control group and737cases of them effective.All of the eligible articles had reported the effective rates and9articles reported the adverse reactions.Meta-analysis showed that relinqing preparation combined with antibiotics achieved the better effective rate on simple urinary infection as compared with simple use of antibiotics[Combinedand RR95%CI1.23(1.18-1.27),P=0.45,I^2=0%].In comparison of the com-bined treatment with relinqing and western medicine and the simple use of antibiotics,the difference in the cases of adverse reaction was not significant(P=0.42>0.05).It was indicated that relinqing preparation combined with antibiotics did not increase the incidence of adverse reaction and the safety was higher in the treatment.Conclusion The combined therapy with relinqing preparation and antibiotics achieves the better effects on simple urinary infection as compared with the simple use of antibiotics.This combined treatment cannot increase the incidence of adverse reaction is quite high in the safety.
