壮医药线点灸配合壮医药物灌肠疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察及安全性评价

Therapeutic effects and safety evaluation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis treated with Zhuang medicine-thread moxibustion and Zhuang medicine enema

目的观察壮医药线点灸配合壮医药物灌肠疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及安全性。方法对符合纳入标准的148例受试患者,应用统计软件SPSS22. 0,随机分为两组,每组74例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服1 g,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用壮医药线点灸配合壮医药物灌肠疗法,连续治疗4个疗程后,观察两组患者治疗前后结肠黏膜Baron内镜评分,比较两组治疗UC的临床疗效。结果治疗组74例、对照组74例完成实验,无脱落。治疗组临床综合疗效有效率优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者经4个疗程治疗后腹泻、腹痛、脓血便症状积分及Baron内镜评分较治疗前均有降低(P <0. 01),但两组治疗后同期比较,治疗组治疗后腹泻、腹痛、脓血便症状积分及Baron内镜评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组内镜下结肠黏膜愈合度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论壮医药线点灸配合壮医药物灌肠疗法治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎能有效减轻或消除腹泻、腹痛及脓血便等主要临床症状,对肠黏膜修复起到重要意义,安全且有效,值得进一步研究。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and safety in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)treated with Zhuang medicine-thread moxibustion and Zhuang medicine enema.Methods A total of148eligible subjects were divided into two groups randomly,using SPSS22.0,74cases in each one.In the control group,mesalazin enteric-coated tablets(Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group,Approval No.H19980148)were used,1g for oral administration,three times a day.In the treatment group,on the base of treatment as the control group,Zhuang medicine-thread moxibustion and Zhuang medicine enema were added.After the consecutive treatment for4courses,the Baron endoscopic score of colonic mucosa was compared before and after treatment in the two groups and the clinical therapeutic effects on UC were compared between the two groups.Results A total of74cases in the treatment and74cases in the control group were accomplished the trial and no case was dropped out.The effective rate of the clinical comprehensive effects in the treatment group was better than the control group,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).After4-course treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain and hemafecia as well as Baron endoscopic scores after treatment were all reduced as compared that the scores before treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment,in comparison at the same period,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain and hemafecia as well as Baron endoscopic scores in the treatment group were lower significant than the control group(P<0.05).The colonic mucosa healing degree in the treatment group was higher than the control group,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of Zhuang medicine-thread moxibustion and Zhuang medicine enema effectively alleviates the clinical symptoms of UC at the active stage,such as diarrhea,abdominal pain and hemafecia.This therapy is important in the repairmen of intestinal mucosa,safe and effective.A further exploration of this therapy deserves to be carried out.
