摘要 小细胞肺癌(SCLC)是肺癌的一种病理类型,分为局限期(LS)和广泛期(ES),其中LS-SCLC占SCLC的1/3。预防性脑照射(PCI)是LS-SCLC综合治疗中的重要组成部分,但在PCI介入的最佳时机、最佳的PCI剂量/分割、PCI的潜在神经系统毒副作用、海马保护的预防性全脑照射及术后pT_(1～2)N_0M_0期患者是否行PCI等方面存在争议。本文对PCI的争议及治疗进展作一综述。 Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a pathological type of lung cancer.It can be divided into localized stage(LS)-SCLC and extensive stage(ES)-SCLC,in which LS-SCLC accounts for1/3of SCLC.Prophylactic cranial irradiation(PCI)is an important part of LS-SCLC comprehensive therapy,but the best time for PCI intervention,optimal dose/fractionation of PCI,potential neurological side effects of PCI,hippocampal-sparing whole-brain radiotherapy and whether PCI is performed in patients with postoperative pT1-2N0M0stage are not sure.This paper discusses the controversies and treatment progress of PCI.
