双电源自动切换控制器及其故障处理分析

Analysis on the dual-source automatic switching controller and its fault handling

双电源自动切换控制器用于两路电源(常用电源和备用电源)因一路电源发生异常而实现电源之间的自动切换,而无需人工操作,及时保证供电的安全性和可靠性,特别适用于中波转播台这样的重要部门。为保证产品质量,该控制器广泛使用外国进口产品,但国外进口产品相关资料较少,维修困难。文章主要整理了法国梅兰日兰的双电源控制器部分资料及相关维修实例经验,以供有需要的同行参考。

Dual-source automatic switching controller is used for automatic switching between two power sources(normal power and backup power)because one power source is abnormal,without manual operation,to ensure the safety and reliability of power supply in time,especially for important departments such as medium wave station.In order to ensure the product quality,the controller widely uses foreign imported products,but foreign imported products related information is less,maintenance difficulties.This paper is mainly the French Merlin Gerin dual-source controller part of the information and related maintenance experience,for the needs of peers to reference.
