摘要
随着经济的发展,环保压力日趋明显,更多的人参与到保护环境、保卫蓝天的行动中,政府也采取了必要的环保措施,在北京关停燃煤发电厂,兴建燃气发电厂就是其中的举措之一。但是,在燃气发电厂大规模兴起的过程中,随之而来的厂内安全问题也愈发凸显。如何借鉴先进理念,创建一套全新的安全管理系统,以期在巩固安全生产监督管理工作的基础上使燃气电厂的安全管理水平得以提高,将安全生产责任落实到具体责任人,有力控制安全事故频发局面,为员工的人身安全提供保障,从而保证实现安全生产,同时符合地方政府法律法规的要求,是当今燃气电厂需要解决的重要问题。对此,文章结合燃气电厂的特点提出一套基于大数据下的安全管理系统。
With the development of economy,environmental protection pressure is bigger and bigger.More people are committed to protecting the environment and defending the blue sky line of action.The government have adopted a series of environmental protection measures,coal-fired power plants shut down in Beijing,the construction of gas power plant is one of the measures.However,in the process of the large scale rise of gas-fired power plants,the subsequent safety problems in the factory have become more prominent.How to learn from advanced concepts and create a new safety management system,in order to consolidate the safety production supervision and management work,improve the safety management level of gas-fired power plants,implement safety production responsibility to specific responsible persons,and effectively control safety accident frequency.It is an important issue that today’s gas-fired power plants need to solve in order to ensure the safety of their employees and to meet the requirements of local government laws and regulations.In this regard.This article introduces a set of based on the combining with the characteristics of gas under the big data and safety management system.
