Countermeasures for Rural Tourism Improvement in Luanchuan County under the Concept of Rural Revitalization

乡村旅游是旅游业向传统农业延伸的新尝试,并已得到广大旅游者的喜爱。党的十九大提出,要按照产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的总要求实施乡村振兴战略。栾川县坚持旅游扶贫政策,并融入全域旅游思想,努力打造全景栾川,使乡村旅游成为农村精准扶贫和农民脱贫致富的有效途径之一。栾川县作为河南省乡村旅游发展的成功案例,成功开创了"栾川模式",受到旅游业界的高度关注,其对旅游资源优势和旅游业发展规律的准确把握以及旅游产业体系的构建,是乡村旅游发展的典范,对乡村旅游持续健康发展有着重要的实践意义。总结栾川的资源和环境等优势,反思其在旅游配套设施建设中的不足,为栾川县乡村旅游提升提出相应对策,以期推动栾川县实现乡村振兴。

Rural tourism is a new attempt to extend the tourism industry to traditional agriculture area,and it is quickly popular among tourists.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy in accordance with the general requirements of thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,socialetiquette and civility,effective governance,and prosperity.Luanchuan County adheres to the tourism poverty alleviation policy and integrates with the idea of tourism in the whole region,and strives to create a panoramic view of Luanchuan,making rural tourism become one of the effective ways to achieve targeted rural poverty alleviation and prosperity.As a successful case of rural tourism development in Henan Province,Luanchuan County has successfully initiated the“Luanchuan Model”,which has received great attention from the tourism industry.Its accurate grasp of tourism resources and the development of tourism industry as well as the construction of tourism industry system is a model of rural tourism development,which has important practical significance for the sustainable and healthy development of rural tourism.This paper summarizes the advantages of resources and environment and the shortcomings in the construction of tourism supporting facilities in Luanchuan County,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the improvement of rural tourism in Luanchuan County,so as to promote the rural revitalization of luanchuan county.
