行政生态学视野下的女性边缘化问题探究——以女性政治参与为例

Research on the Marginalization of Women from the Perspective of Administrative Ecology——Taking Women's Political Participation as an Example

从中心—边缘主义和行政生态学理论的视角对我国女性政治参与的现状及其边缘化问题进行了分析,发现女性边缘化问题的产生是由政治、经济、文化等因素综合作用下的行政生态引起的,其中,政治因素是关键,经济因素是根本性的决定力量,文化因素则起着维系作用,而中心—边缘主义只是女性边缘化在现实生活中的具体表现形态。最后从政治、经济、文化三个层面针对女性边缘化问题提出相应的改进建议。

From the perspective of central-marginalism and administrative ecology theories,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and marginalization of women political participation in China.It is found out that the emergence of the problem about female marginalization is caused by the administrative ecology under the comprehensive effect of different factors like politics,economy,culture,and so on.Among them,political factor is the key factor,economic factor is the fundamental decisive force,and the cultural factor is one to keep maintenance function,while centralism-marginalism is just the concrete manifestation of female marginalization in real life.Finally,some corresponding improving suggestions on how to deal with the problem of female marginalization are put forward from three aspects:politics,economy and culture.
