摘要
根据多年的生产实践经验,采用双环吸式集尘罩式除尘系统,解决高温汽水扬尘混合气体上升、扩散的除尘难题;采用温度、风速、多级分离等方法,解决目前使用的丙纶除尘布袋遇水蒸汽结露,导致除尘器无法工作的难题。使除尘器效率高达99.9%以上,具有除尘器布袋及内壁不积灰,使用周期长等特点。
Based on years of production experience,this paper adopts double-ring suction dust collecting cover dust removal system to solve the dust removal problem of rising and diffusing of high temperature steam-water dusting mixture gas,and adopts temperature,wind speed and multi-stage separation methods to solve the problem of condensation of water vapor in the current polypropylene dust removal bag,which results in the failure of the dust collector.The efficiency of the dust collector is up to99.9%.It has the characteristics of no dust accumulation on the bag and inner wall of the dust collector and long service life.
