摘要
阐述芜湖长江公铁大桥结构特点、制造难点,重点介绍典型及复杂杆件制造工艺,明确制作过程中的控制措施。通过桥址架设的顺利进行,证明钢梁制造方案合理,技术措施有效、关键项点控制到位。
The structural characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of Wuhu combined bridge over Yangtze river are elaborated.The typical and complex bar manufacturing processes are mainly introduced,and the control measures in the manufacturing process are defined.The successful erection of the bridge site proves that the manufacturing scheme of the steel girder is reasonable,the technical measures are effective and the key points are in place.
