摘要 徐州是江苏第4个开展城市地质调查的城市,也是我省地质环境最脆弱的城市。依据徐州城市地质调查,查明了基岩地质、第四纪地质、水文地质、工程地质、岩溶地质、采空区等地质条件;摸清了地下水、地下空间、富硒耕地、山体等地质资源禀赋特征;探求了区域稳定性、岩溶塌陷、采空塌陷、土壤环境等地质问题诱发因素;基于城市建设需求,划定了岩溶水水位控制红线,提出构建采空区地下水库和调整城市"三线"等对策建议,将城市地质信息系统融合徐州"智慧城市"建设之中,为城市规划建设提供地质依据。 Xuzhou is the fourth city to carry out urban geological survey in Jiangsu Province;it is also the most vulnerable city on geological environment in Jiangsu Province.On the basis of the comprehensive results of the urban geological survey in Xuzhou,the geological conditions such as bedrock geology,Quaternary geology,hydrogeology,engineering geology,karst geology and mined-out area have been ascertained;the characteristics of geological resources,such as groundwater,underground space,Se-enriched cultivated land and mountain area have been found out;the regional stability,karst collapse,mining subsidence,soil environment and other geological problems have been explored.Based on the demand of urban construction,this paper delineates the“red line”of karst water level,and proposes the countermeasures on constructing underground water reservoirs in goaf and adjusting the"Three-line Strategy"(permanent basic farmland protection red line,ecology protection red line;urban development boundary line).As a result,the urban geological information system should be integrated into the construction of“Wisdom Xuzhou”that may service for urban planning and construction in terms of geology.
