摘要
一流学科建设是一个多方参与的动态复杂过程,也是各参与方为了自身利益进行博弈的过程。文章运用博弈论方法,建立基于高校、二级学院、教师三方的博弈模型,考察一流学科建设过程中三者之间的互动机制,分析三方的利益需求、行为动机以及博弈情况。基于此,分别从高校、二级学院、教师角度为一流学科建设提出相关政策建议。
The construction of first-class disciplines is a dynamic and complex process in which all participants play games for their own interests.A game model based on the three parties:the university,the schools and the teachers is constructed with the Theory of Games to examine the interaction mechanism among them in the construction of the first-class disciplines,and their interest demands,their behavioral motives and their games are analyzed.Then,some suggestions are proposed for the development of the construction of first-class disciplines from the perspective of the university,the schools and the teachers.
