摘要
石英砂在超白玻璃熔制过程中起主要的作用,通过对3种不同颗粒度配比石英砂的熔制结果分析,进行了石英砂的形貌、粒度等研究,认为石英砂形貌棱角多、表面有裂纹更易于玻璃熔制反应,对石英砂中细粉粒度的控制应扩大考虑至-300μm粒度段,以保证玻璃熔制的正常。
Quartz sand plays an important role in the melting process of ultra-clear glass.The morphology and particle size were studied by analyzing the melting results of quartz sand with three different particle size proportions.The quartz with much angle and crack on the surface is easier for glass melting reaction.The granularity control of fine powder in quartz sand should be extended to-300μm so as to ensure the glass melting.
