玻璃窑炉氧气增强NO_x减排(OENR)技术

摘要 氧气增强NO_x减排(OENR,Oxygen Enhanced NO_x Reduction)技术的主要优势在于,不影响玻璃窑炉现有操作的情况下,有效降低NO_x排放15%~30%,且成本低、安装简单、操作安全、维护极少。通过介绍氧气增强NO_x减排(OENR)技术原理,分析OENR技术在大型容器玻璃窑炉上的应用情况,对该项技术的应用前景进行了展望。 The main advantages of oxygen enhanced NO_x reduction(OENR)technology is that it can effectively reduce NO_x emission by 15% to 30% without affecting the existing operation of glass furnace, and its cost is low, its installation is easy, the operation is safe for and the maintenance can be ignored. This paper introduces the principle of oxygen enhanced NO_x reduction(OENR)technology, analyzes the application of the OENR technology in large container glass furnace, and prospects the application of this technology.
