摘要
本系统以STC15系列的IAP15f2k61s2单片机为控制核心,选取环形接近开关传感器对管道内高速运动的钢珠进行检测。计算管道内经过的钢珠个数,采用单片机定时器、外部中断对传感器产生的低电平脉冲信号计数[1]。运动方向通过判断两个传感器产生低电平信号的先后顺序来判断。往返周期通过判断钢珠经过两个传感器的次数来判断。采用统计分析法,建立相应的数学模型,将小球运动时间与角度相对应,即可得到角度,且误差较小。
The system uses IAP15f2k61s2 single-chip microcomputer as the control core,selects the ring proximity switch sensor to detect the steel beads which moving in the pipeline with high-speed.The steel beads in the pipeline are calculated and the single chip microcomputer timer and the external interrupts are used to count the low level pulse signals generated by the sensor.The direction of steel beads is judged by the sequence of two low level signals generated by sensors and the round-trip cycle counted by the times of steel beads though by two sensors.The corresponding mathematical model is established by using statistical analysis method,so that the angle can be obtained by matching the motion time of the ball with the angle,and the error is small.
