国内船厂造船装备现状分析与发展建议

Status Analysis and Development Suggestions of Shipbuilding Equipment in Domestic Shipyards

调研国内船舶制造企业,从钢材切割、钢材成型加工、小和中组立制作、分段制造、总组和搭载以及管子制造阶段的生产设备入手,对目前国内船厂造船装备的现状进行分析,梳理当前造船装备存在的问题。针对问题提出未来的需求,并从行业层面和企业层面,对国内船厂造船装备的发展提出建议。

Through the investigation and research in several domestic shipyards,focusing on steel cutting,steel forming,assemblage production,block manufacturing,general assemblage and pipe manufacturing,the present situation of hardware equipment in domestic shipyards is analyzed,and the existing problems of shipbuilding equipment are also summarized.Aimed at the problems,the future demand is put forward.Respectively from shipbuilding industry and shipyards level,the advice for the development of domestic shipbuilding equipment is given.
