Design of Sub-Sea Mining Vessel Dewatering Plants

深海采矿船从深海海底采集到矿、水的混合物,为便于安全存储、转运,满足相关的规范要求,必须进行脱水处理。根据脱水原理和流程,以及采矿船甲板实际的空间和设备装船规范,进行脱水装置的模块设计,为推进船用脱水装置的实船应用创造有利条件,可供以后建造采矿船配备脱水装置时参考。

The offshore mining vessel collects the mixture of ore and water from the deep sea.For secure storage and transport in accordance with relevant codes and regulations,the ore should be dewatered.According to the dewatering principle and procedure,deck space and equipment installation requirement,the dewatering plants are designed in order to provide powerful condition for pushing the dewatering plants used on boat.The research result has certain guidance value for building the mining vessel which has dewatering plants.
