摘要
为了节约建造成本,提升企业市场竞争力,以LNG-FSRU再气化模块为目标研究产品,通过分析再气化模块的设计原则和基座吊耳的布置特点,利用企业现有硬件设备设施,对模块支撑工艺、驳移方案和吊装工艺进行研究,形成此类模块的标准化吊装驳运工艺。同时,对无线应力应变实时监测系统进行研究,结合模块结构设计特点进行分析应用,从而增加吊装过程的安全保障。
In order to save the construction cost and improve enterprise market competitiveness,with the regasification module of Liquefied Natural Gas Floating Storage Regasification Unit(LNG-FSRU)as the research target,through the analysis of the design principles of regasification module and the arrangement characteristics of foundation and lifting lug,the procedures of support,transport and lifting are studied on the basis of corporate existing facilities to form the standardized lifting and transport procedures.The wireless real time monitoring system of stress strain is studied and applied to the lifting process of the regasification module,thereby increasing the safety guarantee.
