摘要
主要采用顺序耦合热弹塑性有限元法,对甲板分段建造过程的焊接变形进行研究,在自由状态下模拟焊接过程中甲板分段变形变化规律和产生机理,分析计算结果确定反变形值设置,提高其建造平整度,为甲板分段建造的精度控制提供参考依据。
The sequential coupled thermo elastic plastic finite element method is used to study the welding deformation of deck section construction process.The change rule and mechanism of deck sectional deformation in free state during welding process are simulated.The calculation results are analyzed to determine the reverse deformation value and improve the construction flatness.The analysis provides reference for precision control of deck section construction.
