摘要
针对筒式可调速永磁异步耦合器的两种结构鼠笼式和复合实心式的传动性能进行研究以及性能比较,旨在不同应用场合中提高永磁异步耦合器传递效率和功率。首先,利用有限元法计算,讨论鼠笼转子槽参数对鼠笼式永磁异步耦合器的传递转矩和启动转矩的影响,以及铜层厚度对复合实心式永磁异步耦合器的传递转矩和效率的影响;然后,对3种尺寸规格永磁异步耦合器两种结构的机械特性、温度和调速特性进行对比分析。结果表明,鼠笼式永磁异步耦合器可以在高转速下提供更高的输出转矩,可以应用于高转速高输出场合。
In order to study the transmission performance and performance comparison of two kinds of structure squirrel-cage and compound solid type of drum-type adjustable speed permanent magnetic asynchronous couplers,the aim is to improve the transmission efficiency and power of permanent magnetic asynchronous couplers in different applications.Firstly,through finite element calculation,the effects of squirrel cage rotor slot parameters on transmission torque and starting torque of squirrel cage permanent magnetic asynchronous couplers and the effects of copper thickness on transmission torque and efficiency of compound solid type permanent magnetic asynchronous couplers are respectively discussed.Then,contrastive analyses of mechanical characteristics,temperature and adjustable speed characteristics for two magnetic coupling with the same structure parameters are carried out.The results indicate that the squirrel-cage permanent magnetic asynchronous couplers can provide higher output torque at high speed and can operate in higher output speed and transmit higher output power.
