摘要
为研究影响地面火炬火焰高度的因素,提高地面火炬系统的安全性,以某公司多点式地面火炬系统为例,基于计算流体力学(CFD)模拟的方法,建立燃烧场模型,针对不同的泄放量及风速对火焰高度进行了计算模拟。结果表明,地面火炬的火焰高度随着火炬气泄放量的增大而升高,随着风速的增大而降低。将模拟结果与该公司火炬系统的现场监控及以往观察数据进行对比,高度基本吻合,证明了模型的可靠性,在此研究基础上对该公司如何提高地面火炬系统的安全性提出了合理的建议。
In order to study the factors affecting the flame height of the ground torch and improve the safety of the ground torch system,a multi-point ground torch system is taken as an example.Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation method,the combustion field model is established and the volume of the flame and the wind speed were simulated.The results show that the flame height of the ground torch increases with the increase of flare gas discharge,and decreases with the increase of wind speed.The simulation results are compared with the field monitoring of the company’s torch system and the previous observation data,the height is basically consistent and the reliability of the model is proved.Some reasonable suggestions on how to improve the safety of the ground torch system are put forward on the basis of this study.
