摘要
为降低大跨钢结构施工过程安全事故的发生概率,保障大跨钢结构施工过程安全,根据钢结构自身特点、现场监测内容和施工流程,应用工作分解结构-风险分解结构(WBS-RBS)方法识别安全风险因素,建立了基于层次分析法的评价指标体系,并构建了基于模糊综合评价法的钢结构施工过程安全性评价模型。将该模型应用到某大跨钢桁架工程实例中进行论证,分析并确定了评价模型中不同指标的权重和隶属度函数,分析结果与实际施工情况相符合,说明了该方法的合理性与适用性。为客观评价大跨钢结构施工过程安全性并有效控制其安全提供思路,为今后实际工程建立合理科学的评价模型提供参考。
This paper discusses how to reduce the incidence of long-span steel construction process safety accidents and to ensure the safety of large-span steel structure process.According to the steel structure characteristics,field monitoring content and construction process,WBS-RBS method is applied to identify safety risk factors,the evaluation index system is established based on analytic hierarchy process,and also the risk assessment model of large-span steel structure process based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.This model is applied in the example of one large span steel truss engineering case and then the weights and membership functions of the indexes are determined.The analysis results are consistent with the actual construction situation,and the rationality and applicability of the method are explained.The evaluation can provide a method for objectively assessing the long-span steel construction process safety risk and effectively control of the security risks,and also provides a reference for establishing a reasonable and scientific evaluation model for the future.
