摘要
对采集自湖北省房县地区的新粗毛革耳(Panus lecomtei)菌株进行生物学性状及栽培研究。结果表明:试验范围内,新粗毛革耳菌丝生长的适宜温度为25~30℃,最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为酵母浸粉。在棉籽壳培养基质中可以出菇,生物学转化率最高为9.5%。
A Panus lecomtei wild mushroom collected from Fangxian area of Hubei was studied for selected biological characteristics and then subjected to domestication practice.The results showed that P.lecomteimycelium grew well under 25-30℃on culture medium using sucrose as the carbon source and yeast extract as the nitrogen source.When cultured on cottonseed hull substrate for fruiting body development,the maximal biological efficiency of P.lecomtei was 9.5%.
