含纳米淀粉超疏水棉织物的制备 被引量:1

The preparation of superhydrophobic cotton fabric with nano starch

摘要 使用酸解法制取纳米淀粉,再以丙烯酸丁酯和乙烯基硅树脂共聚制备疏水乳液,利用该乳液和纳米淀粉分散液对棉织物进行涂覆,制备超疏水棉织物.探讨疏水乳液涂覆次数、纳米淀粉分散液涂覆次数以及织物种类对织物疏水性能的影响,并考察超疏水棉织物的油水分离性能.实验结果表明,疏水乳液涂覆2次,纳米淀粉分散液涂覆1次,可以使纯棉和尼龙织物获得超疏水性能,水接触角分别为161.8°和156.0°.所制得超疏水棉织物具有良好的油水分离性能,对油和水的分离效率分别可达93.0%及98.5%. To prepare the superhydrophobic cotton fabric,nano starch was prepared by acid hydrolysis,and hydrophobic emulsion was synthesized by copolymerization of butyl acrylate and vinyl silicone resin.The cotton fabric was coated with the hydrophobic emulsion and nano starch dispersion respectively.The effects of emulsion dipping times,nano starch dispersion dipping times and the fabrics type on the hydrophobicity property of fabrics were studied,and oil-water separation property of the superhydrophobic cotton fabrics were also discussed.The results show that as-prepared cotton fabric and nylon fabric exhibite an excellent superhydrophobicity after two times dipping with hydrophobic emulsion and one time dipping with nano starch dispersion,with the contact angles161.8°and156.0°,respectively.Superhydrophobic cotton fabrics show excellent oil-water separation property,and the separation efficiency for oil and water is93.0%and98.5%respectively.
