喜炎平注射液应用于小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎治疗的临床研究

目的分析小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎应用喜炎平注射液治疗的临床疗效及对相关时间指标、超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月在本院诊治的108例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿临床资料,按不同治疗方案分两组,每组54例,对照组予克林霉素治疗,观察组在其基础上辅以喜炎平注射液治疗,比较两组疗效及症状消退、炎症因子情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.44%高于对照组79.63%(P<0.05);观察组发热、咽痛、扁桃体红肿、脓性分泌物的消退时间均短于对照组,且住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后炎症因子含量均比治疗前有所下降(P<0.05),观察组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎应用喜炎平注射液治疗能加快症状缓解,提高临床疗效,并减轻机体炎症反应,控制病情,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and effect of xiyanping injection for acute suppurative tonsillitis in children and its effect on the related time index and the level of hypersensitive c-reactive protein.Methods108children with acute suppurative tonsillitis treated in our hospital from December2016to December2017were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes,54cases in each group.The control group was treated with clindamycin,the observation group was treated with Xiyanping injection on the basis of clindamycin.The efficacy,symptoms subsided and inflammation factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was94.44%,which was higher than79.63%of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of fever,pharynx,tonsil redness,and purulent secretion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the content of inflammatory factors in both groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6and IL-8were both less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children can accelerate the symptom relief,improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce the inflammatory response,and control the disease.The effect is remarkable.
