手术室高值耗材标准化配置管理的应用价值探讨

目的探讨手术室高值耗材标准化配置管理的应用价值。方法回顾性分析和收集本院手术室高值耗材的相关资料,并对其进行评估,观察比较本院实施手术室高值耗材标准化配置管理前后的具体情况,并于标准化配置管理方法实施前以及实施后随机选取96例接受手术治疗的患者进行调查,记录管理实施前后护患纠纷发生情况以及患者的满意度情况。结果实施标准化配置管理后的耗材漏收费、丢失以及退回不合格产品次数明显少于实施前;实施标准化配置管理后的护患纠纷发生次数、患者满意度均优于实施前,比较差异间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室高值耗材的标准化配置管理可以更加明确耗材成本,能更加科学、精细的对高值耗材进行使用,提高了临床的应用效果,使风险事件的发生次数得到明显降低,进一步提高了患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of standardized allocation management of high value consumables in operation room.Methods A retrospective analysis of data related supplies and collect the operation room in our hospital,high value,and assess the situation before and after standardization,configuration management supplies were observed in our hospital operation room,high value,and configuration management implementation method before and after the implementation of randomly selected96patients received surgical treatment were investigated in the standard before and after the implementation of record management,nurse patient disputes and patient satisfaction.Results The implementation of standardized configuration management after the leakage loss and return fees,supplies of substandard products significantly less than before the implementation of the implementation of standardized configuration management;after the nurse patient disputes,patient satisfaction times were better than before,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operation room standardized configuration management of high value consumables can be more clear material cost,more scientific and precise use of consumables,improve the clinical application effect,the occurrence of risk events has been significantly reduced,further improve the patient's satisfaction.
