住院患者低血糖风险控制中多学科护理合作的应用

Application of multidisciplinary nursing cooperation in hospitalized patients with hypoglycemia risk control

目的分析住院患者低血糖风险控制中多学科护理合作的应用。方法以2014年6月至2017年6月期间本院接收的240例糖尿病住院患者为研究对象,对其进行低血糖风险控制,实施多学科护理合作干预,分析低血糖危险因素构成情况和干预前后患者低血糖分析情况。结果 240例糖尿病患者中,存在189例多个低血糖危险因素,占78.75%,干预前后低血糖记录分别为73.86%和92.14%,干预后明显高于干预前,且干预护理后15分钟复测血糖率较高,干预后的生活质量明显高于干预前,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在低血糖风险控制中,及时的发现患者存在低血糖风险并采取多学科护理合作方式,能够减少住院患者低血糖发生率,值得大力推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the application of multidisciplinary nursing cooperation in the control of hypoglycemia in hospitalized patients.Methods A total of240patients with diabetes mellitus received from our hospital from June2014to June2017were enrolled in this study.The risk of hypoglycemia was controlled and multi-disciplinary nursing intervention was implemented to analyze the composition of risk factors for hypoglycemia and before and after intervention.The patient's hypoglycemia analysis.Results Among240patients with diabetes,there were189multiple risk factors for hypoglycemia,accounting for78.75%.The hypoglycemia records before and after intervention were73.86%and92.14%,respectively.After intervention,they were significantly higher than before intervention,and retested15minutes after intervention.The blood glucose rate was higher,and the quality of life after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the control of hypoglycemia risk,timely detection of patients with hypoglycemia risk and multi-disciplinary nursing cooperation mode can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in hospitalized patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
