预见性护理在急性中毒患者护理中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing in Nursing Care of patients with Acute poisoning

目的探讨预见性护理在急性中毒患者护理的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月80例急性中毒患者为研究对象,其中2016年1月至2017年1月采用常规护理的急性中毒患者作为对照组,2017年1月至2018年1月采用预见性护理的急性中毒患者作为观察组,每组40例;观察两组护理效果,并评价预见性护理的应用价值。结果观察组有效抢救时间(40.61±10.57)min短于对照组(81.32±10.54)min;且观察组平均护理的舒适度(9.68±0.57)分高于对照组的(7.32±1.06)分,满意度观察组的97.5%高于对照组的75.0%,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性中毒患者护理中,应用预见性护理的效果良好,能够显著缩短有效抢救时间,并提高患者的舒适度和满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in the application of predictive nursing in the treatment of acute poisoning patients.Methods Eighty patients with acute poisoning from January2016to January2018were selected as subjects.Among them,from January2016to January2017,80patients with acute poisoning were selected as subjects.Patients with acute poisoning who received routine care in the previous year were used as the control group.Patients with acute poisoning who used predictive care from January2017to January2018as observation group,40cases in each group;observed two group care effects and evaluate the value of predictive care.Results The effective rescue time of the observation group(40.61±10.57)minutes was relatively short,and there was a significant difference min compared with the control group(81.32±10.54)minutes;and the average nursing comfort of the observation group(9.68±0.57)scores was higher than that of the control group(7.32±1.06)scores,and the satisfaction rate was97.5%of the observation group and75.0%of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of patients with acute poisoning,the effect of using predictive care is good,which can significantly shorten the effective rescue time and improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
