饲料中添加金荞麦块根粉对肉仔鸡抗氧化能力、免疫功能和肝功能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为研究饲料中添加金荞麦块根粉对肉仔鸡抗氧化能力、免疫功能和肝功能的影响,选用1日龄铁脚麻肉仔鸡180只作为试验动物,随机分为试验组、对照组2个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+1%金荞麦块根粉,进行21 d饲喂试验。结果:添加1%金荞麦块根粉能显著提高肉仔鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性(P<0.05),显著降低血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05);显著提高血清IgA、IgM、IgG的含量(P<0.05);对血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明:饲料中添加1%金荞麦块根粉可提高肉仔鸡的抗氧化能力,增强机体的免疫功能,对肝功能无不良影响。 To investigate the effects of Fagopyrum dibotrys feed additive on the mechanism of action from antioxidation,immunity and liver function of broilers without using antibiotics.A total of180one-day-old healthy Tiejiaoma broilers were randomly divided into2groups with6replicates in each group and15broilers in each replicate.Control group was fed with the basic diet,while test group was fed with basic diets added Fagopyrum dibotrys formula.The trial period lasted for21days.Results:the Fagopyrum Dibotrys of test group increased serum T-AOC and GSH-PX(P<0.05),significantly decreased MDA content(P<0.05).significantly increased IgA,IgG and IgM contents in serum(P<0.05),and the content of ALT and AST in serum was not significantly affected(P>0.05).Fagopyrum dibotrys feed additive level of1%can effectively improve the antioxidant capacity and immune function enhancing.At the same time,there was no adverse effect on the liver function of chickens.
