从道家矛盾观论脾阴

道家思想与理论与中医息息相通,且对中医有深远的影响。脾脏是人体内的五脏之一,脾胃学说作为中医各家学说的重要部分,脾阳被历代医家详论并在临床治疗中得到医家的重视,但脾阴确常常被临床忽视。因此,文章从中医的起源——古代哲学的道家思想的矛盾观入手,从道家的矛盾观与脾阴的内涵,对立统一的矛盾观与脾阴的生理病理以及"相互为用、制约"的矛盾观与脾阴临床治疗三方面探讨其对中医脾阴理论的影响,对于指导临床实践,具有重要意义。
