Experience of Professor Wen Qizong in Treating Acne with Erzhu Decoction

痤疮是一种累及毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤疾病,具有一定的损容性,发病率高,以青少年为多见。温启宗老师在临床中常从脾胃论治痤疮,治疗以健脾利湿、清热解毒为大法,并结合现代药理用药,选方自拟加味二术汤,取得良好效果。本文从痤疮发病的病因病机、加味二术汤的组方原理、加减化裁等方面进行介绍,并附典型医案1例加以印证。

Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease involving the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles.It has a certain degree of disfigurement and high incidence,and is common among teenagers.Teacher Wen Qizong often treated acne from the spleen and stomach in clinical practice.The treatment was based on invigorating the spleen and eliminating dampness,clearing away heat and detoxification,and combined with modern pharmacology by self-made modified Erzhu decoction with good results.This article introduces the pathogenesis of acne,the principle of the prescription of modified Erzhu decoction,the modification,and gives a typical case to prove it.
